TRACKING STUDIES
With tracking studies we monitor for you on a periodic basis the effectiveness of marketing activities like new or re-launched product introductions or marketing communication implementations.
The CBC Marketing Research project team has rich experience in managing large scale tracking studies in terms of sampling, project communication, data processing, management of multinational interviewer teams and quality control.
Through our CATI system, we are running monthly, quarterly and annual tracking studies for many B2B and B2C clients. Some of these tracking studies have been conducted by CBC Marketing Research for many years.
